With degrees in Computers and Data Science Chingiz comes from a traditional software engineering background, previously building at Unity and Metamask. This then transitioned into developing DeFi protocols and eventually securing them.

Dimitar Bounov

I am interested in PL/static analysis and their applications in security. In the past I've looked at hardening binaries with compiler techniques and applying gamification to problems in verification. Currently developing the Scribble specification language, as well as the Maru-IR and Maru static analyzer for Solidity.

George Kobakhidze

Math & Technology have fascinated George since childhood. This led him to a degree in Applied Mathematics and a career in software, where he focused on the people aspect of tech -- privacy, personal data, digital identity, human-made data and so on. Eventually he found Ethereum and smart contracts, a promising world that seemed to perfectly fit his interests. At Consensys Diligence he decided to specialize in security auditing to help the technology get adopted safely as smart contract usage skyrockets. In his spare time you can find him traveling the world and enjoying the little things in life.

Gonçalo Sá (GNSPS)

Gonçalo is a passionate hacker since he can remember. Disassembling stuff was always his business, either online or at home. He founded 3 different startups (AdTech, BioTech, Mobile App) but when he realized his real love was decentralization, he turned to Ethereum and never looked back. Whenever he’s able, you’ll find him writing or exploiting solidity code, climbing or playing paddle.

With an educational background in computer science and experience as a software engineer, Heiko became fascinated by blockchain technology in 2018. First hunting bugs in smart contracts for fun, security quickly became his passion. Another interest of his is layer 2, and before joining Consensys, he helped Connext build a cross-chain routing network based on state channels.

Hey there, I'm João! I've been part of Consensys since 2018 and Diligence since 2020. I've had a blast so far. I got into crypto during my MSc while working on web annotations, which led me to start writing solidity smart contracts. After that, I moved to MythX and started doing frontend development. Nowadays, I do a little bit of everything, but I mostly work on our Fuzzing product. When I'm not coding, I enjoy running and climbing (though not at the same time, usually!). I also love learning new things and taking on new challenges - like participating in hackathons!

Sergii Kravchenko

Sergii is a very talented hacker, he has been a big fan of math and algorithms since early childhood. Before joining Consensys Diligence he spent years developing complex high-frequency trading systems. Sergii was also doing machine-learning research and created a few fully automated hft strategies. While auditing he’s aiming to find the most complex and sophisticated ways to hack the system in order to secure it.

Product Manager

Tobi has background in banking and business consulting where he mostly helped teams to get more efficient and to reach their goals. He is co-founder of (P)Sei Pate, an NGO that guides people with PTSD back into a self-determined life. Dominik showed him the coldest water to jump in to called Ethereum. When he is not trying to wrap his head around web3 you'll catch him skateboarding or at a rave.

Valentin Wüstholz

Valentin has many years of experience in developing tools and techniques that allow us to produce more reliable and correct software. He received a Ph.D. in Computer Science from ETH Zürich and has been a lead developer for several software analysis tools over the years. At Consensys Diligence, he focuses on various R&D efforts, including the Harvey fuzzer and the Scribble specification language.

Vlad Yaroshuk

Starting in early 2017, Vladislav became interested in blockchain technology and embraced a crypto-anarchist philosophy. With a degree in Automation and Control Engineering, Vladislav has a strong understanding of low-level programming. He has experience working with MEV and was a Solidity developer for a cross-chain protocol. After successfully participating in bug bounties and audit contests, he transitioned into the security space, where he has helped secure billions in user funds. In addition to audits, he actively researches past exploits and writes blog posts about them.
